Terms of Use
The ground rules for using dunkhaus-events.com and taking part in our events.
01Using this site
By accessing dunkhaus-events.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and not to scrape or republish content without written permission.
02Event registration
Team registration for every DUNKHAUS event is completed on the third-party registration platform linked from the event page. Registration is only complete when payment and roster are submitted through that platform and confirmed by DUNKHAUS staff.
DUNKHAUS reserves the right to accept, decline, or waitlist any team based on division fit, capacity, or conduct history.
03Refund policy
Full refund up to 30 days before the event. 50% refund up to 7 days before the event. No refunds inside 7 days of the event.
If DUNKHAUS cancels an event outright, teams will receive a full refund or an equal credit toward a future event, at the team’s choice.
04Conduct
DUNKHAUS is a family-friendly environment. Players, coaches, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward opposing teams, officials, venue staff, and other spectators.
Serious or repeated misconduct may result in ejection from the current game, removal from the remainder of the event without refund, and/or bans from future DUNKHAUS events.
05Assumption of risk
Basketball is a physical, competitive sport. Participation in DUNKHAUS events involves inherent risks including but not limited to bodily injury. By registering, participants and their guardians accept these risks.
A full liability waiver is completed as part of the registration flow and is required before any player takes the court.
06Photography and video
DUNKHAUS captures photography and video at every event for promotional and archival use — including the website, social media, sponsor recap decks, and press. By entering an event venue you consent to being photographed and filmed.
If you would like a specific image removed, contact support@dunkhaus-events.com with a description and we will review the request.
07Content and intellectual property
The DUNKHAUS name, logos, event names (including Summer Finale, Elite Invitational, and future editions), and all photography, video, and copy on this site are the property of DUNKHAUS. You may not use them without written permission.
Third-party team logos, venue photos, and partner marks are the property of their respective owners and used with permission.
08Third-party links
This site links out to third-party registration platforms, Instagram, and other partners. We are not responsible for content or practices on those third-party sites.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUNKHAUS and its staff, contractors, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your participation in an event, beyond the amount you paid for that specific event.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
11Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
